SERVICE:
We are at your service 24 hours, with our own fleet of 225 vehicles SOLELY OWNED BY COSY CABS NAME.THE FLEET COMPRISES OF THE CARS STARTING FROM INDICA TO MERCEDES.INCLUDING HONDAs,corollas,skodas,innovas etc.Cosy also has its own two maitainance garages with its own mechanics and Maitainance Manager working on the cars.

Cosy Cabs is well established in the city with head office at Begumpet ,branch office at Madhapur and Garages at Yousufguda.We cater to our clients from all the above branches.Cosy also has All India Network in all the metropolitan cities like Mumbai,Delhi,Bangalore,Chennai,
Etc to name a few.The cabs can be arranged any where in the above cities through us from Hyderabad.
OFFICE STAFF:
Cosy Cabs works on lines of a transport industry.We have an experienced General Manger heading all the departments, HR Manager, Operations Manager, Day / Night Shift Supervisors, Accounts Section and Computerised Invoicing Department, Therefore all the processes are taken place systematically.We have specific systems laid down for our operations to run in a smooth manner.Respective staff handles every division individually with a fool proof accounting system in place.Total staff is 220 on directly employed by Cosy and 105 contracted staff .
WORKSHOP AND TRAINING
Cosy Cabs maintains a weekly workshop, wherein the drivers are trained to know the basic courtesy how to deal with the customers. and meeting up to their expectations and therefore they are well familiar with the topography of the city.They are in full uniforms , cell phones and Identity cards. The classes are taken every Saturdays and Sundays at our premises.
IN-PLANT:
We have our Inplants working with the MNCs and taking care of their transport queries 24hrs basis.We have been allotted a place in their premises and we cater to their needs. The Unit Manager heads the division manned by Day / Night shifts supervisors working in shift systems.
TRAVEL DESK:
Cosy Cabs has a travel desk at the Hotel Green Park and Hotel Viceroy.We have been allotted a space in the Hotels Lobby and and we cater to their in house guests.Cosy provides all the travel related services such as cabs, and railway ticketing, City sight seeing etc.The desk works 24 hrs with a Manager and three executives working in shift systems.

The maximum age of our cars do not exceed Three years our mixed fleet comprises of AC INDICAS, MARUTI ESTEEMS, FORD IKONS, ACCENTS,HONDAS CHEVERLOETT OPTRA, TOYOTA COROLLAS, SKODAS, TOYOTA INNOVAS AND MERC BENZ.
